Multi-Housing News Case Studies in Multifamily Amenity Design - Atelier

Atelier, a 41-story apartment project located in the Dallas Arts District, has co-working space on the building’s 11th-floor amenity deck. There are three plug-and-play tables with TVs that can be synchronized to phones or laptops. There are also two conference rooms that can be rented by residents. “The cofounders devotedly worked onsite for the recently installed luxury residences in the Dallas Art District, Atelier Apartments. ‘[We] were there for weeks installing, shopping at local antique stores, and carrying the project through from pen and paper to the final details,’ LaFleur recalls. ‘Just like a one-line drawing, we intend to see each phase of the project through harmoniously, without missing a step.’”

Atelier was awarded Best in City Center based on excellence in design through the IIDA Texas Oklahoma Chapter. One Line Design Studio completed FFE Interior Design.
